| Sitzendorf, together with Unterweißbach and Deesbach,
constructs gasworks in Sitzendorf, supplying energy for the streets,
houses and for the production facilities. |

| Sitzendorf is supplied with electric energy. |

| The branch in Unterweißbach gets closed according
to economic problems. The first world war, followed by the worldwide
economoc crisis in the twenties, leads the manufactury nearly to the
ruin. 1932 the situation began to stabilize: the ex-authorized representatives
Reinhold rebhan and Max Krauße became owners and directors.

| The mountain-church is built. 1763 the Protestant church
society had made an agreement with the village that the school hall
can be used for divine service. 1932 Paul Möller, Albert Höhnlein
and the successors of the baker Sorge donated a plot for a new church.
Since 1980 the church is listed as an historic document. |

| The second world war is started and every men is moved
from the manufactury to plants concerned with war-related production.
Export activities decrease: business-partners like the USA, Great
Britain and France become enemies. |
| In the last monthes of the war the defence-plant „Prototyp-Werke
Zell-Hamersbach“ is moved frome Bromberg to Thuringia, a part
of it to the premises of the Sitzendorfer porcelain manufactury. In
October 1945 small baracks are producing defence-related goods. |
